We are Nexlevel Limited – a United kingdom clothing manufacturer with strong ethical and sustainable practices. We specialize in custom clothing. Since February 2024, we are members of Sedex. As a Sedex member, we are committed to being a responsible and sustainable business. Using Sedex tools and services helps our company improve our responsible business practices. As supply chain slowly becomes the legal norm, we hope more manufacturers will become members so that fast fashion can finally be phased out.
In addition to a successful SMETA audit report as part of our SEDEX membership, we own GOTS and GRS certificates. This means that when we make organic cotton and recycled polyester clothes for you, you can get hang tags that prove the origin of your collections is truly organic and/or recycled.
Specialty
We specialise in making custom activewear and sportswear. Most of our clients since 2005 have either been European running events,
marathons, sports clubs, agencies that provide sporting goods, or sportswear/activewear brands. That’s not to say that we only make those types of clothes. We’re more than comfortable making casual wear and streetwear. Some of which you can see on our
hoodie manufacturers page.
As far as the technical aspect of our industry is concerned, you can rely on us when:
- You need consistent quality for mass production (we’re in the industry since 2005 and we’ve automatised every aspect of production that allows it)
- You need a European garment manufacturer
- You are on the lookout for a sustainable and ethical clothing supplier
- You want us to make greater volumes of fabrics made on circular knitting machines (interlock, mesh, single jersey, double jersey, combed, rib and more)
- You want us to source fabrics we can’t make (we have a great network of fabric manufacturers and dealers)
- You’re interested in dye sublimation printing with fluorescent colours (something that wasn’t possible before early 2020)
In 2005, we started our journey in the basement of an apartment building and all we could do at the time were the simplest cut-make-trim operations (CMT). Our entire workforce was 5 people, including the owner.
Over the next 12 years, our client base grew in volume and demand, which sparked our first expansion. With it, we started relying more on ourselves and reduced outsourced work. Our workforce increased tenfold. That was in 2018.
As soon as next year, we were able to expand again, this time to a former textile factory in south-eastern Serbia. That’s when we became fully independent so that our current clients can rely on us to cover the entirety of the clothing manufacturing process. And the FUSH family grew more, we’re 170-strong and counting. This makes us fully capable to manufacture on-demand clothing in addition to our regular services.
Our Vision:
We aim to:
Continue investing in new technologies that will expand our range of products & services and increase the efficiency of our production.
Work towards becoming a zero-waste company and continually reduce our CO2 emission by expanding our fleet with CNG-powered vehicles and switching to dyeing materials with the CO2 technology and other sustainable alternatives to the traditional fabric dyeing methods. In September 2021, our factory in south-eastern Serbia has become 100% solar-powered.
Continue expanding in areas with the lowest employment rates in the country while regularly paying living wages to our growing workforce.
Expand our certificate collection from ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) to GOTS and GRS. This goal was achieved in 2024.
Our Values:
Doing the right thing: We are treating the people and the Planet kindly. And we intend to do the right thing as we expand. That’s why we passed the 4-pillar SMETA social responsibility audit and got GOTS and GRS-certified in addition to applying ISO standards to our operations.
Keeping it personal: Ever since the first order, we have treated all our clients as if they were our one and only clients. We pride ourselves on being 100% transparent. That’s why all our clients are free to visit our facilities at any time, both announced and unannounced. That will not change even in the face of rapid expansion. It did change during the pandemic but that’s a classic case of force majeure. Still, under controlled circumstances as far as safety measures against the virus are concerned, visits are still possible.
Quality is King: We believe that with the right quality comes the right client, which further strengthens all our other values. Participating in the race to the bottom that has destroyed our industry would only compromise everything we stand for. Therefore focusing on high-quality garments at a slightly higher price is our only way forward.Learn more
